Shaun is a 16 years old charger from Margaret River - Western Australia and loves towing in on famous bombies around there.

He grew up between Margaret River and the North West of Australia, searching for waves with his dad and improving his surfing.

Shaun is currently sponsored by Quiksilver, Dragon, Sticky Feet, Futures fins, the Countrywaves surf shop and is now surfing our Sunova Surfboards!

“My first barrel and the under 16 state title 2010 selection for Aussie Team.”

- Worst wipeout?

“I’ve been stuck under a ledge and slammed on the reef, tore the ligaments in my ankle. (not in the same session)”

“Rage against the machine, Art vs Science, Violent Femmes, Daft Punk anything really!”

- Best trip?

“Every year we migrate up north for a bit of winter, but since i started my apprenticeship times are changing, just living here is like a holiday!”

- Best time ever?

“When i finish my apprenticeship in 4 years time!”

- What makes you happy?

“Many things make me happy… especially barrels”

- When you don’t surf?

“I’m working! i am an apprentice plumber, but in my spare time other than surfing i love playing footy (aussie rules) skating and a good time with mates!”

“Gonad man and Captain Goodvibes”

- What do you hate?

“Haters… and heaps of other stuff”

- In 5 years time?

“I will be exploring the world for awesome untouched waves and making the most of life, hopefully making a living, surfing.”
